Ian got an early lead in the third but Martin fought back and sealed the win on the black.
The Plate event final was also played on 11th March between Stuart Pollitt and John Dick. John took the early lead while Stuart, despite a valiant effort and not helped by the balls not running for him, couldn't stop John taking the trophy by two frames to nil.

The final between Steve Sussex and David Dicketts was played on Wednesday 16th August.
The first frame was very close with Dave needing the pink and black to force a re-spot. Steve got the pink though to take the frame.
In the second frame, Steve built up a commanding lead and with Dave needing too many snookers he conceded on the blue.
So Steve was victorious with a 2 frames to 0 win.
Congratulations to Steve.
